Introduction to Changling Tombs
Changling Tomb is located in Changping County which is 40 kilometers from Beijing. Changling Tomb is the tomb of the third emperor of the Ming Dynasty, Emperor Yongle (1402 to 1422). Changling Tomb is the most popular attraction of the Ming Tombs, the tomb is one of the three tombs which is opened to the public and is also the largest and of the most significance of the Ming Tombs. Buried along with the Emperor Yongle was his empress, Empress Xu. |
