Dafangchang Jiaozi Restaurant

It is a time-honored restaurant well known both at home and abroad. It mainly serves Jiaozi, as well as roast chicken, Huanggui thick wine, steamed buns stuffed with bean paste and steamed buns stuffed with shrimp meat. Huanggui Thick Wine is brewed according to a court recipe of the Tang Dynasty and the traditional brewing way handed down by the Xu family. Hence the restaurant is known as No. 1 Brewery for Producing Huanggui Thick Wine.
