Introduction to The Museum of the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo (伪满皇宫博物院)
Located in the northeastern corner of Changchun,The Museum of the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo is the a palace-relic museum which built on the relics of the China emperor palace of Pu Yi, the last emperor in Qing Dynasty. He lived there from 1932 to 1945. It’s a recommendation in your Changchun travel guide.
The main building includes Qinmin building and Tongde Palace where he handled official business, dealt with political affairs and held ceremonies; Jixi Building as the sleeping room of Puyi and his concubines; Huaiyuan Building where sacrifice was offered to ancestors; Jiale Palace and Qingyan Hall where grand ceremonies were held; and accessory buildings such as Shushu Building, Chinese Food Kitchen, Foreign Food Kitchen, Imperial Garden, Zhixiu House, Changchun House, artificial hills, bomb shelter and swimming pool.

Admission Fee: 80 yuan
Visiting Time: 1~2 hours
Best Time to Visit: spring, summer and autumn, but January to February is the most beautiful period in changchun with the fascinating snow-covered landscape
Take bus 80, 264, 255, 114, 256, 276, 287 from Changchun downtown to get there directly.
1. Lots of bus services are available to this area from Changchun city so you do not need to worry about the transportation issue.
2. The Exhibition Hall is closed on Mondays.
