Introduction to Jinsha Site Museum (金沙遗址博物馆)
Jinsha Site Museum is specially built to display and protect the archeological discoveries of Jinsha Site, which was discovered in 2001. Jinsha Site Museum is located in Qingyang District, about 7 kilometers from the center of Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The museum covers about 38,000 square meters and is consisted of four main parts including Relics Hall, Exhibition Hall, Cultural Heritage Protection Center and Ecological Garden. The museum is actually a large park to combine the Jinsha Site and Jinsha Site Museum with beautiful green environment and modern facilities. |
