Introduction to Yang Ancestral Temple (杨氏大宗祠) Located at Nanping Town, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, Yang Ancestral Temple was was built in the 8th year of the reign of Daoguang Emperor in the Qing Dynasty, featured with equisite sculptures in garden style and architectural design of Qing Dynasty. Covering an area of 8,838 square meters and surrounded by mountains and hills, Yang Ancestral Temple was the place where Yang family offered sacrifices to their ancestors. It is really a great masterpiece showing the outstanding architectural skills and art of Qing Dynasty. |
