The villagers can buy cloth from the markets of the township, mostly are the acrylic fibers, to make the material beautiful Dulong blankets with the traditional cloth.
The best elementary school in the Dulong River Township is located in center of the township.
The pork sold in the small shop is generally the frozen pork from the outside. It is rather difficult to cut out the pork.
During the Cultural Revolution, women were no longer facial tattoo, and thus the rest of the facial tattoo women become special cultural heritage of Dulong. According to statistics, there are only 34 remaining facial tattoo women in Dulong River Township now, the oldest is 106 years old, while the youngest is 56 years old.
