Tianjin Bird Watching Festival
2017-11-27
The third Tianjin Bird Watching Festival was held November 17 in Tianjin Binhai New Are. A number of ecologists, ornithologists, birders and photographers were attracted to Tianjin’s Beidagang Wetland Park for bird watching. The wetland, covering 348.87 million square meters, is a vital transfer stop for birds migrating from Inner Mongolia to the Bohai Gulf in East China. It is one of world’s eight bird migration routes and has witnessed more than 70,000 migratory birds this year.
