Day 01 Xiamen
Detailed Itinerary: You will be picked up from your hotel, firstly you will visit South Putuo Temple, take photo at Xiamen University. You will then take a drive along Coast Road. Arrive at Zeng Cuo An Beach, a place where we highly recommend you to spend your time. Our service ends at Zeng Cuo An Beach, you will need to make your own way back to your hotel.
South Putuo Temple: Situated on 515 Siming South Road, the South Putuo Temple faces the sea. It is the most famous temple in Xiamen.
Xiamen University: Founded in 1921 by Tan Kah Kee, a well-known overseas Chinese leader. It was the first university in the history of modern Chinese education to be founded by an overseas Chinese. With its campus running along the seashore at the foot of mountains, the campus is regarded as the most beautiful campus in China. (We will take a photo outside at the entrance of the campus only).
Coast Road (Huangdao Road):
Huangdao Road in Chinese. From Xiamen University to International Convention Center. It is about as ocean-front as you can get.
Waterfront Plank: This water front plank is 6km long, goes from Hulishan Fort, Pearl Bay Garden, Calligraphy Square, Zeng Cuo An Beach, Musician Square, Baishi Fort relics, Sun Bay Beach, Huangcuo Rock Beach. This waterfront plank is divided into two parts. The waterfront bridge is built on shoreline cliffs, and the trail is built on beach. Enjoy your time here. You can rent a bike and ride on trails specially designed for you only!
Zeng Cuo An Beach: Zeng Cuo An is one of the most beautiful beaches in Xiamen.
