Every single festival in China has its own characterized features and special festival delights to celebrate. Dumplings for Spring Festival, glue pudding for Lantern Festival, rice dumplings for Dragon Boat Festival. Rice dumpling is a unique Chinese festival delight to celebrate Dragon Boat Festival which happens in the 5th day of the 5th lunar month. Rice dumpling, known as Zongzi, is made of glutinous rice stuffed with various kinds of fillings and wrapped in reed or other plant leaves, usually in lotus leaves.

Zongzi with a large variety diversifies from shape and fillings. Different fillings in Zongzi get different flavors, some are sweet, some are salty.
